How would you describe the genre of music you play?
Rock, Jazz, Reggae, Funk and Blues influence the genre of Music I play.
Can you tell us about your musical journey to this point, when did you start performing etc?
I first picked up an instrument when I was 14 and performed for the first time at 15 as part of a School band. Since than I have been performing as part of a 4 Piece and on occasions, in a duo.
As an artist, what is your biggest strength? And what is something you need to improve?
As an artists my biggest strength would be collaborating with others. Something I need to improve on and that I am conscious of is overplaying. I tried to avoid doing so but than I can start underplaying.
Do you write your own music, tell us about your writing process? Where, when, with what?
Yes I do write my own music, Usually start with 1 instrument and try and build around it until it sounds half decent.
Name one person in your life that shaped your musical interests and influences and describe how so?
One person in my life who has influenced me and encouraged me to better myself is M.Dunstan. He introduced me to artists like Joe Satrianai, Steve Vai,. SRV and showed me a whole different view on guitar playing.
You can colab with one musician dead or alive, who is it?
If I could colab with any musician it would have to be between Duke Ellington and Hendrix
